Freeform water edges beside patterned brick

The changing outline of the pool gives this installation its shape. The mesh fence follows the pool area across the brick surface, while the pattern in the paving adds another set of lines beneath the enclosure.

Green lawn borders the paved setting in the photograph. This combination of curved water, brickwork and grass makes the project a useful example of a pool enclosure beside an open yard. The installation includes one gate. The mesh, posts and borders are all black.
